# CCCC > CCCC is a local-first collaboration kernel and shared workspace for coding agents. It coordinates Claude Code, Codex, Grok Build, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Web, ChatGPT Dots, Grok Bot, and other supported runtimes in one durable working group with an append-only ledger (`ledger.jsonl`), visible delivery/read/reply semantics, tiled native terminals, Voice workflows, IM bridges, and cross-instance CCCC Connect. Local use requires no CCCC account, external database, message broker, or Docker. Runtime state stays in `CCCC_HOME` (`~/.cccc` by default). ## Install & Upgrade (Native Rust Release, v0.4.43) - macOS (Apple Silicon, macOS 11+) & Linux (x86_64, glibc 2.28+): ```sh curl -fsSL https://chesterra.github.io/cccc/install.sh | sh ``` - Windows (x64 PowerShell): ```powershell powershell.exe -NoProfile -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Command "[Net.ServicePointManager]::SecurityProtocol = [Net.ServicePointManager]::SecurityProtocol -bor [Net.SecurityProtocolType]::Tls12; Invoke-RestMethod 'https://chesterra.github.io/cccc/install.ps1' | Invoke-Expression" ``` - Python package-manager compatibility (installs the same native binary on published-wheel platforms): ```sh python -m pip install -U "cccc-pair>=0.4.36" ``` - Upgrade a website-installer installation: `cccc update` (or inspect with `cccc update --check`). ## Quick Start Commands - `cccc`: Start the local daemon and Web UI together at `http://127.0.0.1:8848` (passwordless on loopback). - `cccc status`: Inspect product, daemon, groups, actors, and agent runtimes. - `cccc doctor`: Check installation and environment diagnostics. - `cccc attach /path/to/project`: Attach a project directory to a working group. - `cccc setup --runtime `: Prepare MCP / runtime integration for a CLI agent (for Antigravity ACP: `cccc setup --runtime antigravity --runtime-mode acp --login`). ## Supported Runtimes (v0.4.43) - **CLI Agents (Managed TUI, Official ACP, or RPC)**: - `claude` (Claude Code — managed Agent View + native TUI) - `codex` (Codex CLI — app-server + native TUI) - `grok` (Grok Build — leader + ACP + native TUI) - `opencode` (OpenCode — ACP + authenticated native TUI) - `kilo` (Kilo Code CLI — ACP + authenticated native TUI) - `cline` (Cline CLI) - `kiro` (Kiro CLI — native TUI or official V3 ACP) - `droid` (Droid CLI — native TUI or official ACP) - `amp` (Amp) - `auggie` (Auggie — native TUI or official ACP) - `hermes` (Hermes Agent — native TUI or official ACP) - `kimi` (Kimi Code — native TUI or official ACP) - `cursor` (Cursor CLI — native TUI or official ACP) - `copilot` (GitHub Copilot CLI — native TUI or official ACP) - `antigravity` (Antigravity CLI — native `agy` TUI or official ACP) - `devin` (Devin CLI — native TUI or official ACP) - `deepseek` (DeepSeek Harness — structured ACP) - `pi` (Pi `>=1.1.0` — official RPC) - `custom` (manual command-line fallback) - **Web & Cloud Event Models**: - `web_model` (ChatGPT Web Model — browser delivery + shared remote MCP connector) - `chatgpt_dots` (ChatGPT Dots — native MCP Events + task-scoped remote MCP; no browser window required) - `grok_web_model` (Grok Bot Web Model — dedicated `https://grok.com/bot/` + credential-routed MCP connector) - **IM Bridges**: - WeChat (Weixin), Telegram, Feishu / Lark, Slack, Discord, DingTalk, WeCom, Mattermost. ## Voice & CCCC Connect - **Voice (`Settings -> This instance -> Voice`)**: - **Voice Secretary**: One global on-demand resident service across Groups for `Prompt` (dictation and optional polishing; plain dictation requires no model), `Doc` (version-checked document library), and `Ask` (questions & answers). - **Codex Voice (Experimental)**: Live spoken conversation using host `codex login` plus an independent `Voice Analyst` runtime/Profile (supporting native terminals and structured ACP investigations). - **CCCC Connect & Remote Access**: - **Direct**: Pair two selected Groups across reachable instances without a CCCC account. - **Same-Account Connect**: Link installations to `https://account.cccc.sh` to discover Groups and exchange messages in the background; opening another instance's Web UI still requires its own Admin Access Token. - **Cross-Member Group Sharing**: Connect two selected Groups across member accounts after both members approve; terminals and full histories remain private. - **Managed Remote Access (`Reach`)**: Reserves a tokenless public HTTPS hostname (`d-*.cccc.foo`) for remote Web sign-in, Connect, and remote MCP connectors (ChatGPT Dots, ChatGPT Web Model, Grok Bot). ## Documentation & Repositories - Website: https://cccc.sh/en (Chinese: https://cccc.sh/zh, Japanese: https://cccc.sh/ja) - Documentation: https://chesterra.github.io/cccc/ - Supported Runtimes Guide: https://chesterra.github.io/cccc/guide/runtimes - Web UI & Codex Voice Guide: https://chesterra.github.io/cccc/guide/web-ui - Voice Secretary Guide: https://chesterra.github.io/cccc/guide/voice-secretary - CCCC Connect Guide: https://chesterra.github.io/cccc/guide/connect - Core Repository (Rust daemon, CLI, Web, MCP): https://github.com/ChesterRa/cccc - Latest Release (v0.4.43): https://github.com/ChesterRa/cccc/releases/tag/v0.4.43 - SDK Repository (Python, TypeScript, Rust IPC v1 clients): https://github.com/ChesterRa/cccc-sdk - Account & Connect Service: https://account.cccc.sh - Community (Telegram): https://t.me/ccccpair
